Pre-dimensioning project for the structure of a reinforced concrete block of flats.
The objective of this work is to understand how the reinforced concrete structure works in order to project with greater confidence, knowing that the proposed project has a logical sense of the structure. At the same time being able to pre-dimension the general measures of the structure. As is the case of the width of a slab or the measurements of a column or the measurements of one column to another.
Knowing these factors we can know if the structure we propose complies with the basic laws or not. And if it were necessary, thanks to this work, we could calculate the precise measurements of the proposed structure.
-Foundation Calculation-
Pre-dimensioning project and calculation of the reinforcement of the foundations of a block of flats.
The objective of this work is to teach how to pre-dimension footings, piles, retaining walls, slopes and junction girders, knowing how and when to use each of them depending on the terrain circumstances. In the case of footings, three types are distinguished: isolated footings, bonded footings and footings joined by means of a union girder.
Once we know the measure of the shoe, the reinforcement of it will be calculated. Taking into account the measurements of the footings and knowing the dimensions of the structure, we will be able to project our projects with greater certainty, whatever the type or use of the building. Always taking into account the characteristics of the terrain and the environment.
