Urban project in New Belgrade, a neighborhood of the city of Belgrade, Serbia.
It is an area of disused factories and fields of free will. The project aimed to create a new urban area that was integrated with the city of Belgrade. Especially taking into account the future of the city. The difficulty of the project was in the great scope of intervention. In order to face the footprint marked by the Soviet Union in the city.
One of the drawbacks of a city based on Soviet urban planning are the long distances between one point of the city to another, hence the necessary use of personal transportation. And today in such a big city it is an excessive use of m2 for parking. This type of analysis of the environment, its citizens and its culture allowed to understand where the city's problems came from, thereby demonstrating that each place is unique.
The main objective of the project being to bring the city closer to the human scale, so that it can interact with it. Thus giving rise to a new city center in which everyone has the same conditions.

-Green Wlalker-
Project in the center of confluence of four municipalities, Barcelona, Santa Coloma de Gramanet, Badalona and Sant Adría del Besós. On the bridge of the molinet of the river Besós.
Santaner Street is the traffic axis that connects the two banks, being an old boulevard that has been lost over time. The urban fabrics around the river area are characterized by being fragmented, having difficulties in terms of interconnections and demands for free spaces and facilities, especially in the western part of the river. Consequently to these analyzes of the environment the project proposes to create a new civic axis for a new metropolitan centrality. Proposing to transform an area united by two industrial and residential fabrics, with the introduction of a program with diverse uses that vertebrates the different fabrics in contact. Preserving some of the industrial buildings of interest and part of the layout that makes the place its own and is part of its history. Giving rise to a second green axis, connecting the existing promenade with the river. Reducing the lanes to reduce the preponderance of wheeled mobility, thus widening the sidewalks to make room for a pedestrian bridge. Thus guaranteeing the functionality and civic appeal of the new urban axis and the new green axis.
-Fluvial Axis-
Urban project in the Sitges and Sant Pere de Ribes area, metropolitan area.
This territory is characterized by a poor horizontal infrastructure, in which there is a significant traffic intensity. The existing vertical connection is the natural one, typical of the territory, that of the streams from the green mountainous massif to the sea.
The urban fabrics of Sitges and Sant Pere de Ribes have been growing residentially, towards a very significant direction until they meet the natural limits. And different urbanizations disconnected from the rest have been created. In this area there is difficulty in connection and demands for activities and equipment.
Consequently to these analyzes, the project proposes to create a fluvial civic axis, to enhance the connection of these two urbanizations. Thus forming a unique set. The new route will be pedestrian and cycle lane, with different activities and episodes that will accompany this walk along the stream, thus promoting and enhancing agricultural activity in the area.
